Why Bamboo Co?
Welcome to Bamboo Co. A family run business providing high quality and sustainable bamboo products across Costa Rica.
After spending almost 20 years within the building industry, we have seen first-hand the devastating amount of waste created as a result of unsustainable construction methods and use of traditional materials.
We are at a point now where urgent action is needed if we are going to make the change required to reverse the damage we have done. That is why at Bamboo Co our sole focus is to not only offer our clients high quality and beautifully made products, but also products made from a material that is sustainable to its core.
The environment and nature have always been extremely close to our hearts and we wanted this passion to be reflected in the work we do and the services we offer.
We hope that we will be able to help you realise the potential that bamboo can offer any project you may have in mind and we look forward to speaking with you soon.

Our Pledge
Sustainability is at the very heart of what we do at Bamboo Co. Therefore we have partnered with One Tree Planted, a fantastic non profit organisation that is at the forefront of reforesting our planet in the fight against climate change.
With projects right here in Costa Rica and further afield in the likes of Colombia, One Tree Planted gives us the opportunity to give back more than we take from nature to provide a positive impact in all that we do. These wonderful projects also provide huge amounts of employment and support for people living in these rural areas.
Our pledge is that for every $100 spent with us, we will plant one tree. This means that our clients will not only be supporting the use of a fantastic and sustainable material, they will also be apart of making a difference in the urgent goal to reforest our planet
